Orbit Commercial Capital LLC is a private, direct lender to real estate investors of all credit and experience profiles. Our loan programs include "No Doc" 30yr Fixed Rental Loans, Fix-N-Flip Loans, Ground Up Construction Loans, and multi-purpose Bridge Loans. Each program is limited to providing business purpose loans secured by non-owner occupied properties.

Our President advises clients and trains hires through the implementation of an epistemic vantage point and rare skillset unique to one with 20 years of experience as a developer, real estate investor, lender, and proprietary options trader. With more than 100 fix-n-flips and ground up builds under his belt plus a 500+ unit rental portfolio to claim as an individual investor, our President offers every level of investor an incomparable resource to draw from.
